ODI Physical Readiness Assessment

Five Domains of Physical Readiness

The Operational Defensibility Index (ODI) measures your real-world physical readiness across five domains: explosive power, balance and stability, functional leg strength, upper body endurance, and grip strength. Unlike generic fitness tests, the ODI is designed for people who carry gear, move under load, and need to perform when it matters — whether that means responding to an emergency, keeping up on a long hike, or simply being the person your family can count on.

Each test takes under two minutes with zero equipment required. Your results are age-adjusted and compared against peer benchmarks so you see exactly where you stand — and more importantly, which single area of training will give you the biggest improvement. No guesswork, no bro science, just data.
